Rampage 3: No Mercy - The Finale
The News - Latest News

Wednesday, 31 December 2014

Uwe Boll is hit and miss, probably more miss than hit. But does he care? No he doesn't! You see, he gets the stars, he gets the funds, because a lot of people watch his movies. Amongst his hits are his two Rampage movies, two totally brutal and preachy flicks about a young lad who basically goes on a shoot-‘em-up in his town. Things went deeper in part 2, Rampage: Capital Punishment, as he held a TV station hostage and waxed lyrical about society, the rich, in fact everything you hear people talk about but refuse to do anything about. Bill Williamson, played by Brendan Fletcher, really steals the year of indie flicks as a character, and Brendan has to be saluted for his performance. Read More...

In 2015, the German splatter epic, Violent Shit (Andreas Schnaas) is to be remade in Italy by Luigi Pastore (Symphony in Blood Red). Filming has apparently begun and is an Italian/German co- production. It is officially known as VIOLENT SHIT – THE MOVIE and has kept a lot of the original elements, e.g. Karl's general appearance and splatter. According to the director, this one will trace Karl The Butcher's origins and a link to Satan himself. Read More...

La Petite Mort 2: The German Underground of Gore
The News - Latest News
Written by Jay Creepy
Thursday, 30 October 2014
Just like Italy, there's a nice little underground of gore cinema. One little monster which came out in 2014 is La Petite Mort 2. The original dropped out in 2009 and had Olaf Ittenbach (Dard Divorce, Legion of the Dead, Beyond the Limits) handling most of the splattering effects. The original followed a few travellers who stop off (accidently) at a BDSM club which just like the Hostel flicks, side-line with torture. Read More...

Set decades after the original's conclusion which left many people scratching their heads as David Lynch probably said: “Come on, you know me, what did you expect?” Read More...
