I'm personally over the moon to see that Arrow in the UK have released the long awaited Walerian Borowczyk sleaze and horror masterpiece of cult, The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Miss Osbourne. I've had a very cruddy DVD-R for many years and have just ordered this beauty on Blu-Ray, in optional English and French language with a ton of extras. This is apparently the first time it's been available since the VHS era, and this one is fully uncut!!!

Okay, enough of the fan boy in me, onto the rest of Arrow's latest releases....

Coming soon from this ever pulsating and growing company we have (in August) Blood Rage from 1983, Joe Giannone's infamous slasher cheapie, Madman (I know a lot of Arrows catalogue have been previously released by other distributors, however these new ones do include a lashing of extras unavailable before), and the big bad boy of the month has to be a sort of ultimate edition of Cronenberg's amazing Videodrome with the additional treats of David's earlier Stereo and Crimes of the Future, amongst tons of extras, and some lavish packaging work!!

Nekromantik also arrives in the UK early August, as does Tobe Hooper's Eaten Alive. Let's not ignore the fact that when July comes around, so does The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension, and Ian McCulloch in Contamination.

Each Arrow release is dual DVD and Blu-Ray with reversible artwork and usually booklets included. As a last note, look out for their recently (June 8th) thrown out onto the public, Society, with its slick artwork.
