Cannon Films: A Return of the Awesome Print E-mail

It seems a website unleashed the news that Cannon Films could be making a comeback. Let's just say, we need them! With a Cannon Films title in your video player, you knew that your evening was in safe and entertaining hands.

Another site has debated this due to a lot of the suggested upcoming titles being visually available on the Cannon Facebook page last year. However, the same article also points out that Cannon were known to be cool at pre-selling their ideas before they were even made.

It makes sense, since the Electric Boogaloo documentary has hit so many households, Cannon is becoming a name again, even to many who don't remember the warm safety of a low budget tape.

So with names such as Return of Delta Force, The Leopard Hunts at Midnight, Zombi: They Live (a sequel of sorts to Fulci's Zombi) and Allan Quatermain and the Jewel of the East, some of these have their own Facebook pages but haven't been updated since the back end of 2015 (See below).

We can all hope this is a true comeback because in this era of STD and SOV wherein it's a minefield trying to select a decent title. If Cannon returns in its glory, at least their logo will promise visual masturbation.

Here's a link to Cannon Films official new website.
