Domiziano is Back Again to Rock Your Sanity with Last Day (The Best of Me)!

DOMIZIANO IS BACK AGAIN TO ROCK YOUR SANITY WITH LAST DAY (THE BEST OF ME)!

You know it's never going to be dull when you watch a film by Severed Cinema regular, Domiziano. Yep, he's that Italian dude who presents the viewer with a spinning kaleidoscope of surreal and horrific images. Images which make you stop and think because they generally stick in your mind for some time afterward. Domiziano's mind isn't a safe haven, it's a gateway into another realm filled with chaos and sexual art.

Last Day (The Best of Me) is described as a body horror freely inspired by the real story of Ricardo López, Bjork's stalker, you'll understand why I'm excited by this one - judging by the stills released, this is going to be a wild ride. Lopez apparently was truly obsessed by petite Icelandic singer, Bjork, to the point that when she entered a relationship with Goldie, he went so far as to sending her a letter bomb filled with acid.

As the official trailer shows, this is a descent into mania and has quite a few stunning ideas. Have a gander at this:  https://youtu.be/lpJX7gYliw4

Clearly a throwback to the gleamy wet days of body horror movies, the effects gang have been kept busy. Yeah, as Dread Central proudly yelled, there's a big fat penis with teeth!!! Love it!

Bringing in composer, Antony Coia of Scarecrowd and Virus: Extreme Contamination, will definitely add a retro aura to proceedings.

Last Day is the next level, trust me. Meanwhile, here's a link to the recent interview with Mr. Cristopharo courtesy of Severed Cinema.
