Freak in the Basement: Extreme Gore Out Now!

FREAK IN THE BASEMENT: EXTREME GORE OUT NOW!

In this day and age it takes a big heart and a lot of confidence to say you have in your possession an extremely gory film, you know because there's so many around in the underground these days. However, baring witness to the stills from Freak in the Basement, it's an apt description.

Directed by, written by, and starring Alex Wesley, this looks like a beast. 49-minutes of complete crimson beast from Russia which also manages a small role for Joel M. Reed.

Nicolai Sctulman has got a big secret - in his garage basement there lives a hideous Freak. The two have a twisted arrangement together, Sctulman kills people and feeds them to the monster living in his basement in exchange for a strange but addictive green slime that the Freak gives him from his sweat which is "the best drug in the universe".

It looks like a nightmare -- a sheer uncut dripping in-yer-face maelstrom of savage gore. The DVD is available to order via the creator (here) but there's also a special edition including a bonus what-the-fuck flick as well called Post Apocalyptic Desolation, on its way soon.

Here's a trailer, so it's time to wear an apron and mask before the shower begins:
