Still from Night of Something Strange on Severed Cinema

Just when you thought it was safe from rampaging infected dead people, along comes Night of Something Strange, a cautionary tale of how unprotected sex can transform you into a blood spitting living dead girl or boy. “Teenage friends out for beach week get unexpectedly detoured to a creepy motel where a deadly STD virus now runs rampant, turning those infected into the living dead.” God forbid in the horror genre if you happen to be a teen looking for sex eh? If it isn't mask wearing maniacs or religious head cases coming after you, it's freaking infections now!

Director, Jonathan Straiton has took a story by Ron Bonk who was involved as a writer in Hi-8, and other titles such as Ms. Cannibal Holocaust, Terror at Blood Fart Lake, and Bizarre Lust of a Sexual Deviant. Indeed.

The film stars Brinke Stevens, who has been a genre star since the early eighties, with parts in Private School, The Slumber Party Massacre, Slave Girls From Beyond Infinity, and Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama. Also we have Nicola Fiore who has a part in the upcoming Return to Nuke 'em High 2, Michael Merchant (Hi-8), and Billy Garberina (Feeding the Masses, The Stink of Flesh).
