For those not in the know, the folks over at Wicked Pixel are back with another brutal entry into the underground cinema world, with Ratline . Here's the press release:

Production company Wicked Pixel Cinema has wrapped production on the feature horror film RATLINE, directed by Eric Stanze (SCRAPBOOK, DEADWOOD PARK). RATLINE is now in post-production.

RATLINE is the story of Crystal Brewer, who's life has taken an unexpected turn. On the run from the law for her part in a gruesome drug-money heist gone wrong, she has become seduced into a blood-soaked underworld of death and betrayal. She soon crosses paths with Frank Logan, a mysterious stranger with a bloody history of his own. Crystal’s initial intrigue with Logan’s sinister allure soon gives way to sheer terror as his vile intentions for her - and the rest of the world - are revealed.

RATLINE's impressive cast includes Emily Haack (SCRAPBOOK), Jason Christ (DEADWOOD PARK), Sarah Swofford (SUGAR CREEK), DJ Vivona (ICE FROM THE SUN), Alex Del Monacco, Amanda "Apnea" Pemberton, Ryan Bax, Joseph R. Engel, Paul Wendell, and Paul Lancia.

Director Eric Stanze's last feature, DEADWOOD PARK, premiered at Orlando, Florida's 2007 Freak Show Film Festival, where it won Best Cinematography and Best Feature. DEADWOOD PARK was named Best Independent Film Of The Year by, Horror Talk Radio.
