STREETS OF VENGEANCE LAUNCHING INDIE GOGO CAMPAIGN

Looking like a return to the glory days of angry women out to punish wayward men, Streets of Vengeance, a slick little indie creation, began filming recently.

Directed by Paul Ragsdale, Streets of Vengeance is about to enter the realm of Indie GoGo, launching a campaign to raise funds aiming to complete this baby.

The promo pics (supplied by the director himself to me, thanks Paul) have a grainy early 80s NYC Gang appeal and, as Paul told me, “(Streets of Vengeance) will have an 80s style to it, presented as a VHS tape with a synth music soundtrack. It's inspired by Savage Streets, Ms, 45, Dressed to Kill and The Warriors.

The synopsis goes like this: An ex adult film worker is attacked by a group of misogynistic men. She survives and puts together a group of badass girls to go out and seek revenge!

Streets of Vengeance is a creation of A & P Productions (Facebook Page) which is Paul Ragsdale and Angie De Alba. There's also a Facebook Page for the film so we can follow its build up (here) and lastly, as a treat, here's a choice cut of the soundtrack. Enjoy.
