Amityville Vibrator Review from sNatanic Productions!
Amityville Vibrator is my first foray into the filmmaking realm of Nathan Rumler. Known prior for such films as Fangboner and Gay for Pray: The Erotic Adventures of Jesus Christ, he also regularly contributes to James Bell’s Very Fine Crap Videos. This plus hearing Amityville Vibrator was banned from a screening it was supposed to have, this all sparked my curiosity.
We open on June 6th, 1976 at 6:66am to a chick adorned with a Baphomet head, masturbating with a black vibrator. Mind you, this is 17-seconds in. She continues to penetrate her furry district whilst a man with a rifle enters through a doorway. He quickly blows the head off goat girl in all of James and Mae Bell’s make-up FX glory. Thus, begins our prurient Satanic riddled saga.
Hand drawn titles roll, and we make it to present day. Cathy (Corella Waring, The Hornet’s Disciple and the Scars She Left) calls her friend Roxi (played by adult film star, Mallory Maneater) from her new home, wondering if her failed relationship was a mistake. To take her mind off things, Roxi plans on taking her out to buy sex toys. But of course, not before Cathy flicks the bean to thinking about her ex Chad. However, her efforts are thwarted by a memory of him prematurely ejaculating on her face. She rolls over and falls asleep, illuminated by Argentian red.
The following day the ladies are on their way to a sex shop when they happen upon a yard sale. They pull over for a gander. Overhearing the girls talk sex toys, the yard sale owner provides Cathy with a black vibrator which he claims has “been in my family for generations.” Cathy touches the vibrator and her finger starts to bleed. This not dissuading her, she snatches the vibrator and heads for the car. The duo leave, returning home with the vibrator.
Next enter Chad (the ex-boyfriend played by Nathan Rumler himself) in a surveillance van with his partner Mallory (Emily Hilborn, Fangboner). It turns out that Chad began a relationship with Cathy to better surveyal the paranormal activities in the new house she moved into. Together Chad and Mallory must stop the vibrator from further turning its users into Satanic sex slaves from Hell…
Amityville Vibrator is part spoof of the shitty Amityville Horror sequels that have clogged the market over the years, and part porno spoof of horror films. While the film is rough around the edges, it expertly accomplishes both. Apparently, the film took two-and-a-half-years from idea to completion to make. Finding the perfect actors comfortable in their rolls was a major challenge. But finally, the film got made and alsa we have Amityville Vibrator.
Boy is this one dirty, sleazy, grimy, gory! All the female leads are practically completely naked for the film’s modest 63-minute runtime. If they aren’t covered in blood or playing with entrails, they are masturbating with vibrators or crucifix dildos, complete with full penetration. The actors here seem wholly comfortable in their roles and it shows. Don’t worry, Rumler’s cock is thrown in for good measure a few times. We even see him ejaculating on the severed head of James Bell ornamented in a crown of thorns and long hair, ala mythical jesus.
With a title like Amityville Vibrator, viewers sort of know what to expect. It’s full of retarded dialogue and situations, chock full of satanic black mass imagery, nudity galore, finger-banging nuns, ventriloquist dummy rape, disembowelment, face removal, shroom exploration, and a killer tribute to the severed arm spraying blood all over the wall scene from Tenebrae. Amityville Vibrator surpasses expectations and is a shameless exposé in unwholesome entertainment.
