Arrow Video are Resurrecting the Immortal Coffin Joe on Limited Edition Blu-ray!

As I stated in my last news article, I had something special to report and it’s once again via Arrow in the UK. José Mojica Marins aka Coffin Joe — the sinister undertaker whose mission to find a woman who would give him a son, a journey which spanned decades, returns in January. The late and legendary Coffin Joe is presented incredibly on this Limited-Edition Blu-ray boxset Inside the Mind of Coffin Joe. There are so many films, including the unforgettable and gory finale, Embodiment of Evil, all cleaned plus with loads of extras added.

I was totally unaware of Coffin Joe until I purchased Necrophagia’s ‘Divine Art of Torture’ album back in around 2006. Staring at the cover in curiosity, I read an interview with Killjoy (rest peacefully) as he explained the concept and a bit of information on the director. I hunted out one of his flicks and that was it. Once you’ve experienced this realm, it truly hooks you.

This is a 6-disc set includes numerous archived interviews, essays, commentaries, documentaries, deleted scenes and so much more.

This release is for the hardcore and the curious, introducing more horrified eyes to the mind of Coffin Joe.
