Sadistic Pleasures Review from A Baroque House!

Our appropriately titled adventure commences with an attractive tattooed blond (played by adult performer Kaiia Eve), getting ready for the shoot that is about to unfold. Sitting on a bed in a hotel room, she removes her yellow top, and plays with her exposed tattooed breasts. She continues by showing the camera her crinkled feet. She then proceeds to disrobe, lubeing herself up with her own saliva, and masturbates. This seductive pleasure then turns sadistic when the film cuts to footage of our performer being sliced with a knife. This scene is potentially foreshadowing of things to come, or what may have previously occurred.

Another day, another hotel room shoot. Our protagonist readies herself in the mirror before heading to the hotel bed for more action shots. This time around, whilst masturbating, an arm enters the shot and proceeds to pick at her. She is choked, slapped, fingers are inserted in her throat. Then a blade appears once more to skate along her nude body. At this point it becomes a realization to the viewer that she is no regular performer but involved in more sinister BDSM fetishes. The knife continues to slice her all over. Her wounds then become bandaged, venturing in Japanese Kegadoru “injured idol” territory…

What starts out as a typical camgirl video of a girl masturbating – albeit it’s shot awesomely by SamHel – then takes a turn with a nod at Guinea Pig 2: Flower of Flesh and Blood, enabling underground special effects wizard James Bell do showcase what he does best.

What can I say about Sadistic Pleasures other than wow?! This thing takes sexualized violence to a new erotic level with the prurience it portrays. The film packs it all in its tiny runtime – there’s graphic bloody genital close-ups, strangulation, extreme body mutilation, disembowelment, and even pissing. This motherfucker, dear readers, is as sadistic as it gets!

Sadistic Pleasures is basically SamHel’s answer to a Guinea Pig film — but not just your standard Guinea Pig film, for this short film blends extreme violence with sexuality, giving it a bigger wallop. Not often are viewers presented with extreme content like this, that is delivered in such a professional way. This isn’t some shitty fetish video online with ketchup for FX. This is extreme art.
