Unusual Horror and Fred Vogel Unleash Brutality: The ‘August Underground’ Collection!

The UK’s fast-growing store of brutality, Unusual Horror, have done it again! It wasn’t enough to give us A Serbian Film and Domiziano Cristopharo merch lines, now they present a gory nasty new product to us — August Underground!

First, in case you don’t know, Unusual Horror specialize in fresh and grim artwork on t-shirts, long sleeves, caps, and hoodies. Not just hardcore horror flicks either, some of the tastiest names in grindcore and underground death metal find their way onto designer gear. There’s genuinely nothing quite like Unusual Horror stuff, trust me.

Ah yeah, regular readers will also know that the store’s big man, Jack Evans is responsible (along with Sam Mansfield, etcetera) for the UK’s largest grindcore, goremetal, and death metal gatherings, the annual Offal Fest (see Carnage and Chaos: A Journey Through Offal Fest 2024 here) plus Unusual Horror immortalised my lovely face on a t-shirt (see article ‘Want an Evil Clown Rubbing Against Your Skin?’ here) — imagine what they’d do with Darren Ward’s Beyond Fury or Bazz Hancher’s Axel Falcon… yummy.

It’s worth noting that Jack and Unusual Horror will be setting up at ‘For the Love of Horror’ in October: fortheloveofhorroruk.com — if that and the line-up of over thirty guests there doesn’t grab you, my family and I will be prowling the aisles as well.
