Desert Ghouls Are Back: ‘Desert Fiends 2’ Kicks Up More Grindhouse Mayhem

SRS Cinema have launched a pre-order page for Desert Fiends 2. You may recall we reviewed the original one back in September last year (see Schlock in the Sun: ‘Desert Fiends’ Delivers Grindhouse Mayhem). 

Prolific director, writer, and actor, Shawn C. Phillips has created yet another insane tour through his creative dark mind. He’s the guy behind such titles as Amityville Shark House, Skate to Hell, and Amityville Karen. He’s acted in over two hundred beautiful trash flix — many of which have Amityville in the title. This sequel genuinely looks like it has about a hundred producers, and a big cast. 

What’s it all about? Well, a direct sequel to the original, a team of bounty hunters pursues the Desert Ghouls. At the same time, an influencer organizes an event in town, right where the demons plan to attack. Tension grows as both groups approach the same place.
